A 5 five-week course on Reiki & Energy Work at the 14th St Y at 344 E 14th St in Manhattan.

We will explore our energy field through guided meditations, mindful awareness and Reiki-informed practices.

Participants will be supported in cultivating greater self-connection and nervous system regulation
