Older Adults Holistic Wellness Programs

With a passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to enriching the lives of older adults, I bring a unique blend of skills as a Reiki (touch therapy), Sound Healing & Fitness facilitator. Specializing in one-on-one and group sessions tailored to the needs of senior citizens, I strive to create a nurturing environment where individuals can rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit.

Through the practice of Reiki, Sound Healing, chair Yoga and movement exercises, I empower older adults to enhance their physical strength & vitality. I am a certified yoga instructor for Seniors. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and joys of aging.

As a certified Dementia practitioner I regularly hold Reiki & Sound Healing sessions at Memory Care units including Coterie Hudson Yards and Inspir Senior Living. I also provide therapeutic sessions at the Teal Room at the Alzheimer Foundation of America supporting both members and their caregivers. Additionally I provide services for patients at the Alzheimer’s Disease & Memory Disorder program at Weill Cornell Medicine and clients with Affirmed Home Care.

My work extends to a wide range of older adults organizations including: Heights & Hills, Presbyterian Senior Services, Riverdale Senior Services, Project Find and Seagate Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

Alzheimer Foundation of America

A resident at the Atria 86 Street Senior Living community experiencing a Sound Bath.

We begin with gentle breathing and a body scan to help the mind and body settle. Then, with our eyes closed, I use the sound waves to wash over everyone, guiding their nervous system into a profound state of rest and calm.
