Sunset Reiki at Oko Farms in Williamsburg

The outdoor session at Oko Farms in Williamsburg starts with breathing & humming exercises, followed by a body scan meditation to calm the nervous system and ground the body. I then sends Reiki to the group accompanied with music & sounds of my voice.
